  We can highly recommend Martin Betts and the team at Turner Real Estate if you are looking to sell your property. Martin was able to lock-in a buyer for our house after the first open inspection and negotiated a sale price above our expectations! From the initial sell contract, through to the final SOLD contract, Martin was always open and prompt with all communications and helped us through all aspects of the sale requirements, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale process!

  I have been using them since 2012 when i bought my first investment and decided to have Michele Henderson manage it. To be honest, its the best decision i ever. I got Michele manage another couple of my investments as well. I've been working with Michele for 5 years and she has been fantastic to work and deal with. Michele has a wealth of knowledge and I've found her exceptionally amicable and so easy to get along with. There has been so many occasions where we worked together as a team to fix issues and i appreciated all the valuable comments/advice i got from her. One thing i love about Michele is that she is so prompt in her response and appreciate that. Her experience, attitude and her behavior helped her in setting a benchmark for others. Michele always does the right thing by you and doesnt favor anyone and to be perfectly honest, i'd be lost in the property managemnet jungle without her!. Also, i would like to praise Deborah Daken and Ian Jordan as well. Deb has also been very helpful and her service levels are very high. I appreciated her assistance every time when i needed it (in Michele's absence for example). Deb is also a very friendly person and i find her so easy to get along with. Ian Jordan on the other hand has been fantastic when he was acting in Michele's chair while she was away. I found him to be very professional and easy to talk to and had provided some great advice when i needed it. Hope this review will help others choose Turners.

  I chose Turner Real Estate as my property managers based on my experience with the company when I was a renter. The team met my expectations proving to be thorough, efficient and courteous. My tenant was demanding and slightly problematic but the Turners team made my interaction with her as stress free as possible and successfully negotiated an extra month's rent when she broke her lease. The only negative which prevented me from giving 5 stars was an issue regarding payment of one of my council rates bills. A payment was missed and I got an overdue notice. However, this was promptly rectified and the overdue interest refunded to me. I would highly recommend Turners Real Estate and will use them as property managers if I ever need to rent my property in the future.

  Michele Henderson & Turner are the best real estate agency I've dealt with. I rented from them for a year and found their automated text and maintenance systems were extremely professional and convenient. They have a great deal of time for their tenants' concerns and always respond within a few hours. They really care about you. Thank you for a excellent experience.
